Size Guide

Frame Size Guide: How To Measure Your Eyeglasses

Lens width Lens width

The first number— the lens size — represents the horizontal width of the lenses. Generally, the eye size of most eyeglass frames ranges from 40 mm to 62 mm.

The second number — the bridge size — is the distance between the lenses. In other words, it's the size of the "bridge" of the frame that rests on your nose. In most cases, the bridge size of eyeglass frames ranges from 14 mm to 24 mm.

The third number — the temple length — is the length of the "stems" of the frame, measured from the frame hinge to the back tip of the temple. Temple lengths generally range from 120 mm to 150 mm.

Often a small square (rather than a dash) will separate the eye size and the bridge size on the frame.

Persol Opens a New Chapter

The famous brand from Italy Persol is a symbol of excellent Italian design and incredible elegance. The company's creator, an optician Giuseppe Ratti has created his first model of goggles Protector to cover eyes from wind and sunlight. The production of Persol sunglass frames began in 1957 – those were classic and practically spectacles to emphasize the status and impeccable taste of wearers. Each pair of glasses combine modernity with the brand's traditions to deliver 100% UV protection, comfort, and a precise fit. Nowadays, Persol sunnies are popular among celebrities and those people who prefer Italian chic and unmatched quality.
