The ic! berlin designers select the best acetate from highly qualified manufacturers from Italy and China. Each acetate is selected for strength, color and finish. Then the facades and temporal parts are cut from one block. The transparency and brightness of the cellulose acetate is enhanced by the metal frame underneath and emphasizes the exquisite design of the glasses. Acetate is also used on the ends of the temples: its smooth polished surface provides exceptional wearing comfort.

Following fashion shows in the world centers of clothing and accessories, optical companies began to show new models of frames and sunglasses, which will become the core of the lineup in 2019.
