And he successfully implemented this idea: a year ago he has started to partner with Lapo Elkann, Italy Independent to launch his debut CR7 glasses range, and today a line of sunglasses and optical frames, consisting of seven models created by Ronaldo, was released.
These seven models are the reference to Ronaldo’s iconic jersey number that Ronaldo has been wearing since 2003. Each frame also features a number 7, CR7 logo on the temple, and laser-imprinted signature of the Juventus top scorer in the corner of the lens. There are five color variants for each style available in acetate, metal, and plastic. Always focused, attentive to detail, and striving to achieve excellence in everything, Ronaldo is proud to present his new creation, and is himself the best advertisement, combining models with everyday clothing sets.
Sunglasses have always been and remain a key part of Ronaldo’s great looks. The Portuguese often chooses the Aviator model: for example, he has been seen in the iconic Ray-Ban RB3025 more than once. His own collection also includes a unisex pilot-shaped model made of super-light metal featuring a vintage-style front with a perforated double profile structure.
To create a solid look, Cristiano sometimes uses optic frames: rectangular office frames such as the BOSS 0797/N suit him very well. And now we can notice in his collection a universal frame made entirely of acetate, with a wide rectangular profile that looks very stylish.
