Frame Size Guide: How To Measure Your Eyeglasses
The first number— the lens size — represents the horizontal width of the lenses. Generally, the eye size of most eyeglass frames ranges from 40 mm to 62 mm.
The second number — the bridge size — is the distance between the lenses. In other words, it's the size of the "bridge" of the frame that rests on your nose. In most cases, the bridge size of eyeglass frames ranges from 14 mm to 24 mm.
The third number — the temple length — is the length of the "stems" of the frame, measured from the frame hinge to the back tip of the temple. Temple lengths generally range from 120 mm to 150 mm.
Often a small square (rather than a dash) will separate the eye size and the bridge size on the frame.

In 1925, the couple Eduardo and Adele Fendi opened a boutique in Rome selling leather and fur. The couple was engaged in sewing leather and fur clothes by hand and to order. The focus was on luxury and quality, which soon led the company to success - quality products began to be in high demand among the wealthy Romans, which created an aura of prestige and elitism around Fendi. Things were going uphill and everything was fine, but the outbreak of the war put an end to many plans.
Having survived the Second World War, the Fendi spouses began to revive their business, involving their five daughters - Paola, Anna, Franca, Carla and Alda. Thanks to joint efforts, the family production returned to the market of luxury goods. Fendi sales have grown year after year. In 1955, the famous fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld was invited, which became a landmark moment in the history of the brand. It was he who created the unique logo - two letters F, one of which is turned upside down.
Gradually, the Fendi fashion house was recognized all over the world. In 1977, the brand presented the first pret-a-porter collection, and in 1984 the collections were replenished with accessories, including sunglasses.
