Timberland is not one of the centuries-old fashion houses and its collections are not presented at the haute couture weeks in Milan or Paris. However, the brand's famous yellow shoes are on display in the British Design Museum, and the products are sold all over the world and even in one of the most expensive stores in the world - Selfridges in London. In 1952, the founder of the brand, Mr. Schwartz, bought half the shares of an unremarkable shoe factory in Abington, Massachusetts. Three years later, he bought out the entire factory and, together with his sons, produced shoes for another ten years. In 1973, Nathan Schwartz officially registered the Timberland brand and chose the American oak image for the now-famous logo. The first pair of Timberland branded waterproof boots were yellow.
The brand's products, and this has long been not only shoes, but also clothes, accessories, watches and glasses, have become famous all over the world thanks to their stylish and functional design. Reliability and quality as well as versatility are the strengths of the brand. Timberland sunglasses have all of these qualities. Ergonomic design, the use of modern technology and biomaterials make Timberland glasses an indispensable accessory for people with an active lifestyle. In the collection of the brand, you can find familiar to all Aviators, both classic and original interpretations, sporty streamlined glasses, versatile square and rectangular models, as well as the always popular Wayfarers.
