The main philosophy of the famous Italian designer Franco Moschino was his attitude to fashion with humor and irony. He registered his brand in 1983 launching in the first year casual wear for women. Then the collections were replenished with evening dresses, footwear, and an underwear line. In 1986, Franco paid attention to men's wardrobes and perfumes and in 1988 he released Cheap and Chic - an affordable line of fashion clothing. Franco's creativity as a fashion designer was distinguished from the rest by a surreal approach - he liked to shock the audience with his bright designs and provocative inscriptions with unexpected connotations.
Rossella Giardini became his business partner, and later a lover and muse for life. Franco was in charge of sketches and drawings, while the choice of fabric and accessories remained with Rossella. It was a complete fusion of ideas and creativity. After the death of Moschino, Rosella managed to maintain the brand's success and the designer's vision of fashion. In 1995, she decided to launch a fashionable line of sunglasses for women and men. Moschino sunglasses for women display a remarkable restraint and sense of style. The collection contains both classic rounds, rectangular and square shapes, as well as butterflies and cat-eyes, which always look playful, attractive, and fashionable.
